What do you plan to do with the cash transfer?
With this transfer, I plan to build a good shelter USD540 which will help my people sleep well in order to avoid malaria I also plan to start a poultry farm worth USD108 which will cater for building a shelter and birds. Then the remaining balance of USD270 will go a cow which will after sometime provide us with milk so that we can enjoy daily and also make some sales to meet basic needs.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I felt happy during Christmas when my sisters came from Kenya and brought me rice, sugar and other things that helped us have a beautiful and interesting day.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I currently face a challenge of sleeping in a bad conditioned shelter which allows a lot of coldness to hit us leading to malaria and came as a result of the stones that rolled from the hill and destroyed my house. Some of my children stay with my mother which I see as an inconvenience to the old woman.
