What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent the last cash transfer to build a new house. The house I had before was dilapidated and that is why I opted to build a new one.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on paying 15,000 KES school fee for my three children in high school, bought a sofa set at 15,000 KES, am still having 15,000 KES which we'll use to buy a table and school uniforms for my children in primary then used the rest of the cash on food for the house.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that my fish business which I boosted with the first transfer is doing well. My children also haven't been sent out of school for a while now because I managed to pay their school fees with the transfer, unlike before when they used to sit at home until I get some little money then talk to the teacher to accept them back.

We spent most of our first transfer on paying our children school fees. We are glad the money came in at a time when we needed it most.

We received the money in the evening while at home and we felt very thankful because our children were at home having been sent home over fee arrears.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
Our first plan is to use part of the transfer to pay school fees for our four children in secondary school:two in form two, one in form three and another one in form four. Lastly, we plan to use the remaining amount to buy furniture.

The achievement we are proudest of is, having built this our house, with savings from our small business of selling fish.

Paying school fees for our four children in secondary school, is the biggest hardship we have faced.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the afternoons, when I'm selling fish to my customers at the market.
