How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Life is different than it would have been because I am very happy that this money has enabled me afford a cow and household items that I never would have in a life time. There's no way the above items would have come to my home without GiveDirectly, and I am very happy.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done well giving us money that has enabled acquire livestock, households items like mattress and clothes, build iron sheet roofed houses; and I can't identity anything it hasn't done well.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
My second transfer was spent to buy a cow, and mortgaged cultivation land from someone in the village.
