How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is now different in that, I have been able to afford a cow and finish my permanent house. When this cow produces, it will give me milk and also income in the near future.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Give directly has done well in lifting the poor out of poverty, and according to me there is nothing bad that Give directly has done.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I have spent my second transfer on livestock, food and for paying my child's school fees.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The difference i have observed in my life so far is, I have bought items like bedding's and livestock that i never owned which has improved my standards of living.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt so happy that time i saw money in my phone and started praying to God. I kept calm as well and thanked GD for liberating me from poverty.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I bought a bed , mattress, mattress cover, bed sheets, sugar and cement @ 700000 ugx. A bull @ 500000 ugx and saved 500000 ugx.

Receiving this money means i will take back my daughter to complete school.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the morning when i wake up well. Its the time I thank my God for the gift of life.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is lack of school fees for my children
