I was so excited when i received the transfer i coudn't believe my eyes and I thank Givedirectly for this life changing opportunity.

All along I have been living in a kitchen like house?but now I'm glad that i will definitely build a big house this is a huge difference to me,i also have food,a proper sleeping place and kitchen utensils.

I used the transfer to buy iron sheets thats because i want to build a house and I'm slowly buying house building materials,i also used the transfer to buy matress,food and kitchen utensils...and I have saved some money for future use.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
The money will help me a lot. As you can see, i dont have a proper house. The house leaks when it rains. I plan of building a nice house with iron sheets and a concrete floor. The money will also aid in buying food. Its really difficult this time to find food and most of the times we go on an empty stomach. I will also buy beddings with the remaining amount.
What is the happiest part of your day?
We are always happy when we source enough money which we can use to buy food.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Hunger has been a challenge. Most of the times as i have already said, we go on an empty stomach.
