How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
It is a miracle that I am still alive to this day. I dedicate my well being to God for sending GiveDirectly to come to my aid. I have been bedridden for so long and the cash transfers played a very significant role in paying all my medical bills. Though, I am still weak and sickly. I look forward to moving into my permanent house which I built with the second cash transfers.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly does well to support the poor and vulnerable with cash transfers.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent the second cash transfer on constructing an iron roofed house and part of it was spent on medical bills.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is sickness. I have been sick for two years now but with no money to take care of my medical bills. I am not able to work because of the pain that I go through and no one can help me out.
