What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my second transfer, I prioritized the purchase of building materials for my house; which included 40 iron sheets and 10 bags of cement which cost me a total of 39500 KES, in readiness for construction of my new house the current house is old and weak. I then used the balance to buy dry maize and other foodstuffs for my family since we had depleted all our food reserves due to a poor harvest we had last season.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life currently is that I have food for my family, unlike the previous months when we would go hungry because the recent drought led to poor harvest last season, thus we did not have enough to eat. Moreover, I have building materials, thus hopeful that I will be able to easily construct a new house for my family when I receive the third transfer.
