Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I am was able to pay for my daughter's school fees once without having to wait untill I sell milk to enable me get that money.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I will have peace. My daughter's school fees are cleared. I worry no more. I wil also have enough to feed my family more comfortably.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Apart from being able to pay for my daughter's school fees, I was also able to buy a bigger bed for my wife. I was also able to harvest a lot after I bought hybrid seeds.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
My new goal is to is have a better desccetn house.

The new goal that I have is to be able to plaster my house and pay my children's fees on time.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The difference that is noticeable is that my sleep is now good given that I have a new bed and a mattress, my sofa is also comfy unlike before it was a skeleton of timber. There is lots of joy in my household because there is peace of mind.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I see my house plastered and looking beautiful, my visitors will also have a comfortable place to sit whenever they visit me at my home besides that my children's fees will be paid on time and all this will bring peace and joy in the entire household.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference is that I am able to sleep well given that my bed was not as comfortable as my current new bed and a comfortable mattress that I bought thanks to the transfers I received from GD.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced is paying of school fees for my children. With low income and high demand for education,I had to forego many things including a better housing to pay school fees.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I meet people at work place and their reactions makes me happy.At this,time,we also share our experiences at home for the previous day.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
My plan is to spend the transfer from GiveDirectly on improving my current house from semi permanent to a permanent one.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement that am proudest of is having educated my children. One of them is an advocate and when I look at his photo on the wall,I feel proud of having sacrificed to educate them.
