What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on paying school fee for my two children who are in boarding high school. I then bought ten plastic chairs that I use to entertain my guest in the small gazebo that I built at home. I then use some on farming and the rest went to buying a sack of corn which has enabled us feed well considering the current drought.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has seen a lot of difference because the money has enabled me seek proper medical attention for my arthritis as well as pay school fee for my children and feed them well. I thank Give directly for all the help they accorded me and my entire community.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, the fact that there was education before the transfer was sent allowed us to make informed decisions. I would like to suggest that the organization incorporates scholarship programs into their operations
