What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my transfer on paying school fee for my orphaned grand children who are under my care. I then built a kitchen because I was cooking outside and whenever it rained it would be hectic finding a sheltered place to cook in. I also built a pit latrine and the rest of the cash went into buying a sack of corn which we are feeding on to date.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The difference in my life is that I can comfortably pay for my grandchildren's education without having to borrow from people.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion , the organization giving money directly is the best thing unlike giving it to a third party to decide on who deserves to be given. I do not think that there is anything they do not do well.
