Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When most programmes come in our area. I don't get a chance to benefit. When the money alert came to my phone, I never expected it and I was very happy to be among those receiving the money.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
Before the money, I was sleeping on the floor, now I am sleeping comfortably on the martless. I have also bought buckets, and basins where I can keep water that I have drawn from the borehole since I didnt have clean materials to store water.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
When I collected the money, I bought bricks and iron sheets. I was staying in grass thatched house. Now I want to stay in an iron sheet house. I have bought these things so that in due course I should start building this house.
