Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When i received my transfer i was very happy because it was first time to earn a huge amount of money that would help me access most of my needs.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I never had hope that someday i would own an iron sheets house because i was in dire poverty but now i have bought iron sheets which i want to improve my house roofing from grass thatched one. In addition to that now i have matress something i have been longing for a long time. Therefore with all these there is a biggest difference in my daily life

I spent my transfer on 30 iron sheets at MK180000, 1 matress at MK70000, 1 bag of fertilizer at MK38000 and rented a land for growing crops at MK14000

What does receiving this money mean to you?
It's such an honour to be part of the Givedirecty programme. I will use these funds to put iron sheets on my house. I will pluster and put a cement floor

I am always happy when I get money and able to buy everything or most things my family needs
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I struggle to find money to buy basic neccessities in my home. This is a huge blow as a man I feel inadequate and that am failing my family
