What did you spend your third transfer on?
Educating my 2 children, one in college and the other one in a secondary school had been a problem to me since back then, they could not stay in school to learn like the rest of the student due to huge fees arrears that could not be accepted by the administrations but when I received my third transfer, I cleared for both of them college and secondary fees and as we talk, I am glad that they are learning more smoothly.
