How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My major priority is to give my son the best education he desires. I also will build another house for my children. I will like to give appreciation to the organization for its support in my life.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give Directly has done well by changing my living status. My life is improving gradually since I got into this program. I will give thanks to the hard-working people of Give Directly for their humanity service toward us.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
The money I received from Give Directly, I used a portion of it to buy zinc. I also send some to my children who are staying with my brother in the city. The balance money, however, was used to buy food for the house.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was in Sammie town on fast and prayer when my phone alarmed me. After service, I checked the message box it was a massage from Give Directly that I have received the money. At moment, I was excited because since I was a child, up to my adulthood, I have never been to get such an amount of money from anyone.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The difference in my daily life since I received money from Give Directly, my level of stress has reduced. I have food to feed my children on the regular basis unlike before we have to make farms before sell the crops before we can buy food to eat. life was hard for me especially paying for my son's tuition was my greatest challenge. Through Give Directly I was able to pay some of his tuition. My life is getting better day after day.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used some of the money to buy zinc. I also bought food moreover, some of the money was sent to my son for school fees. I transported myself back home.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
" I am a single mother of 5 children, trying to take care of my children. I was 2 months pregnant when my youngest child father abandoned me. The child is a year plus now. Therefore, my plan for this transfer is to use some for my children's school fees and their well being. And also buy land and build a house for them".
What is the happiest part of your day?
Like I said previously, things have been so difficult for me. The only thing that brought me joy is that when I heard that Give Directly was in our county to help less fortunate people.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
" My major challenge is money because Some of my children live in Monrovia with family members, and I am responsible for their school fees. I don't have money to take care of them.
