Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal for the next four is to buy a dairy cow.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have build a better house. We used to live in a small mud house which could not host all of us comfortably. I'm so happy now because I have a better house and we are living happy with my family. My children could spend nights at the neighbors house and this was not secure .currently the have a nice place to sleep and to do their homework. GiveDirecy has changed our standard of living.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?

Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
After achieving our first goal of buying three goats, we now have an additional goal which we are working on. Currently, we are working to ensure that we provide enough feeds to the sheep which, in turn, will keep them growing healthy which will later ensure a better market prices when we will be selling. The outcome of this project added to the savings we have been making will enable us to buy a lactating dairy cow in the next four months.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months is the purchase of three sheep. This to our household is a milestone which we have been working on for several months and we are glad that w finally achieved. Through this, we were planning to later sell the sheeps a better price so that we can buy a dairy cow to help us in milk production which we have been buying over a long period of time.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I expect a lot of changes and the most obvious one is the fact that we will be owning our own cow. This to us means that we will no longer be buying milk as it has been a routine over a length of time. This will relieve us of the heavy cost we have been incurring and will then enable us to spend on other household needs.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different in that I now lead a happy life than I used to have. The shame of staying in a very small house is now a thing of the past. We have also been able to sit together as husband and wife most of the times and plan on what we can do to improve our living standards and secure the future of our children. As we speak, we have plans of buying a dairy cow and bring to an end the endless buying of milk from outside which is very costly. The money that would have otherwise been used to buy milk shall be diverted into other meaningful investments and better the living standards of the family as a whole.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
In the next four months we plan to save up the income from our tea sales and be able to buy a dairy cow at the end of the four months. GiveDirectly transfers shall help us meet the daily household expenses and be able to save all the income from tea and buy a highly productive dairy cow.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
For a long time, we have been staying in a small grass thatched house that was so uncomfortable for the family. We had a desire to build a new house but the proceeds we got from our small tea plantation has not enabled us to build a house. This is because the money we got from the tea sales could only allow us to meet the daily family needs and very little or no amount at all to save. We have since been able to accumulate the monthly income from the tea sales and put up a five roomed timber house with a cemented floor. The house is more comfortable and this has been the biggest difference in our daily live over the last four months.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
We expect more changes in our family now and in the next six months. We are making progress on the various family investments and we are so happy about this. Having managed to build a new house and bringing it into its completion, we expect that at the end of the six months we shall have bought furniture and the dairy cow that we plan to buy. This shall definitely make our lives more comfortable and give us room to think about other family investments in the future.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Initially, payment of school fees and other school stationaries for my children had been a problem for me. This had been difficult because the nature of work I was doing could not cater to me both food and school fees thus I could prioritize food. Currently, the transfer has really reduced my burden because I am using them to pay school fees and also buy food. This has relieved me from doing a lot of casual jobs.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal in the next four months is to buy a dairy cow. I will achieve this goal using the savings I have in our table banking. This will provide me some income through milk production which I can sell to the nearest milk cooling plant.
