How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
After receiving the transfer i opted to buy a bed and mattress and i am sleeping on a comfortable bed now and i not have to worry about body pains when i am walking up in the morning.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I believe Givedirectly has been conducting its processes very well especially the amount of money that we receive. It is enough to purchase most things that we lack.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
We were very happy since we knew that we will develop our lives the way we want through this money
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
There's a big difference we now have a bicycle which we needed alot since we stay far from town and hospital. When our child is ill we were borrowing bicycle to take him to the hospital but we will not borrow again

We were in need of many things but currently we managed to buy Mattress, bicycle, ironsheets, food and blankets as we needed them most

What does receiving this money mean to you?
The money means alot to me and my household. I will use the money to build a new house with iron sheets and cemented floor. Some of the momey will be used to purchase food so that we can be having meals at least 3 times a day. I also plan to buy mattress.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Always happy during harvest time. We always have enough food.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Hunger has been a challenge for so long. I also don't have proper beddings.
