I was coming from the garden and I met people rejoicing on the way for receiving the money. I rushed home and found the money on the account. I was so happy and joined other people to rejoice

What do you plan to do with the cash transfer?
I will use USD 270 to pay school fees for my children who are at school. I also use USD 540 to buy a cow that will provide us with milk which we will be selling some percentage to get money and cater for basic needs. My children will also be able to take milk in the morning before going to school which will help them study happily and perform well in class. I also plan to purchase a plot of land worth USD 1080 elsewhere on which I plan to put a structure and shift my family from a landslide prone area to safer one.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the last six months I felt happy when Red Cross and World vision came to support us with some items to use like mattresses, brackets, 5kgs of rice, 3kgs of sugar, 3 packets of salt, 1 bar of soap and 1 litre of cooking oil and indeed I was very because I access such things myself.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I find it hard to feed my people because the landslide destroyed the garden with crops which has brought hunger in my family.I also face the hardship of paying shool fees for three children who are at school, one in senior four and two are in Primary five and four respectively. We live with a lot of fear the landslide can kill us anytime.
