How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I'm intending to build house as I have started receiving Give Directly's cash transfers. I feel this is the best opportunity I'm receiving to make maximum use of it by building my own house since I don't have my own house. I have been living in other people's house for a long time; as the result, I have made my mind to change my story as the result of Given Directly intervention.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my personal view, GD is doing well by helping us with cash grant which is improving our lives. And I'm aware of the improvement needed.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Since I do have a goal of building my house I'm intending to buy nails and wood, and workmanship payment to local construction workers with the transfer received from GD.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was on my farm when I received the message that GiveDirectly has sent me money. I was so happy that I started praising God for GiveDirectly. My husband and I live together and we have one child. Things have not been easy on us. Getting money here in Voin had been a serious challenge for us. So, receiving this transfer from GiveDirectly has brought so much happiness to me and my family.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
Receiving this payment has brought so much happiness to me. I didn't had enough money at first to improve my business. But now I feel a lot have change in my family that I was able to buy more things for my existing business.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I spent portion of my most recent transfer on buying more things for an existing business. It is a business that I have been doing for long. But due to no enough money I have not been able to improve my business. So, when I received my first transfer, I bought one cartoon of egg, two buckets of flour and kitchen utensils for home. This I believe will help bring more income to care for my family and help reduce some burden from on my husband.
