What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent a larger portion of the transfer KES on farming activities. I'm still having the remaining amount on my phone which I'll use to cement the walls of my house since it ie earth.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that my son who has been home after excelling in his primary school managed to join high school. Apart from that, my family will this time get good yield from the farm because I managed to till the land on time. I couldn't have achieved all these without GD's support.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Give Directly does well in that they take their time to reach out to us via the phone to confirm whether we reaceived the money. I'm not aware of what GD doesn't do well at the moment.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I had an orphan in my house who was joining secondary school but I did not have any other source of finance. I therefore took 35000 KES from my second transfer to pay for his school fees and other school requirements. I then bought a cow worth 14000 KES to rear since I had none before.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I am stress free since thetransfer helped me to pay school fees for the orphan I have been living with in my house.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I would like to use part of the money to open up a business to generate income to support my family. Secondly l would wish to pay school fees for the orphan we are taking care of. Finally we would like to use the rest of the money to build a new house.

My proudest achievements are that we have worked hard and built our own house. Secondly we managed to take our children to school.
