Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was cooking my husband's food when my son came with the phone that I have received an alarm. I hastily sent for my husband to check the massage and it was confirmed that Give Directly has sent me money. I was very happy and impressed by collecting my cash. Live was not easy I could not afford my children's daily meals.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my life since I started receiving money from Give Directly is, that my children are happy. We could bearly eat two square meals a day. We no longer beg people for food or credit money to pay my children's school fees. Give Directly has made my farming job easy. I no longer work alone I pay people to do my job. Things are getting better.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
The recent money I received from Give Directly, I used it buy goods to sell. i also buy two bundles of zinc. I bought food and transported myself back home.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I have some of my children going to school, in Monrovia. When I receive this transfer I will use portion of it to pay their school fees. I will also use some of it to build another house because my family is getting huge. Lastly, invest into business that will help to improve my life.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I felt so happy when a NGO came a thought, us how to plant cassava plantain and other crops. Because of this, we are able to yield better crops. We also established VSLA that is helping us.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The major problem we are faced with is money. We do not have money to send our children to better school. Though we have school building but we do not have trained teachers. Therefore we have decided to send our children out of this community for better education.
