What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on paying my dowry as my husband will buy two cows that will be paid to my parents, I have a child who is joining form one next year so I will pay school fees for him,we have a farm that has not been attended to for a very long time and its now bushy so we will pay someone to clear the land for us,I will spend part of the transfer also to buy a motorcycle that my husband will use in moving around whenever he is going to his work of electronics repair and the remaining amount I will spend on starting a small business of shopkeeping.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement that I am proudest of is that when I got married we never had a house but we managed to save cash by doing casual jobs like ploughing other people's farms which enabled us to build the house that we currently stay in.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face in my life is that we don't have a stable income source and the heavy rains destroyed crops on our farm so we are forced to seek for handouts and at times we go to bed hungry.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when my husband comes back home from work in the evening and we sit down as a family to talk to one another, this makes me happy as we are bonded together.
