What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used a larger portion of the transfer to buy a car washing machine which my son currently operate. I also invested the rest in retail shop business.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I have reliable sources of income from my retail shop and car wash. Besides, I have new bedding and enjoy my sleep unlike the days when I was sleeping on some thin old mattress.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GD is focused on changing the lives of the poor. What GD should also do is to add the recipient some money to ensure that they complete the already stated projects.
