What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent part of my third transfer on paying school fees for my son in secondary school. I used to borrow from relatives, but this time I am glad I did not ask them for money this time. My son was also so excited as he stayed in school without being sent out of school for school fees. I am hopeful he is going to improve this year. Some money I spent on buying building materials that I used to build a kitchen. You can imagine how hectic it is when you are cooking outside and the rain starts falling, I have to run and get everything to the house even though I had started cooking. Sometimes my family could feed on not properly cooked food. GiveDirectly has relieved me of this embarrassment and this hustle. I also bought furniture using the remaining amount. I used to have very old worn out seats in my house. Thank you GiveDirectly.
