Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I am deligthed that the biggest difference in my daily life is that I was able to get money that I had never held in my entire life and would spend without any attached conditions. I was even able to buy a cow that I named "Amusugut" meaning that the I got this help from America. Prior to getting this money, I was really suffering from bitting poverty but I am now realived because it has given me some personal property and sense of belonging.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money, I really felt so very happy that I got up and sat on my bed still looking at my phone and feeling really grateful that I had got my money.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to buy livestock such as a cow at Ugx 605000 and a goat at Ugx 48000. I then bought a bicycle at Ugx 160000. I also bought a mattress, bedsheets, bed liner, bag totaling to Ugx 200000. I sent my children who are in Soroti at their father's place some money totaling to Ugx 100000. I am still using my balance of transfer to cater for my way to say expenses such as feeding.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Apparently, where I am living is not my land. My friend brought me to stay with her after my husband harrassed me 2 years ago. So she gave me a house to live as I do casual labouring to survive. So, when I receive this money, it will be a chance for me also to own my home. I will buy land and build a simple house on it and do agriculture where I will start my new life with not so much of a casual labourer.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening when I am resting after doing work and having a meal.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced is lack of money to sustain myself properly. I still nurse injuries caused by my ex-husband and this also requires money.
