What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my first lumpsum transfer on plastering and fixing steel windows to my house.I also paid school fees and rented a land for ploughing and bought iron sheets.

I have planned to buy a tank since water is a problem here, I will also pay school fees for my daughter who just cleared her primary education.
