Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was very happy because of the transfer. I was so excited to be part of this.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
There's a great change since I received the transfer. I have managed to buy enough for the rest of the year. I have also managed to buy mattresses and now I am sleeping on a comfortable place.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I have benefited a lot from this program. I had no sleeping place but because of money, I have managed to buy mattresses and some other beddings and now I am sleeping on a comfortable place. I also bought iron sheets and my house will have a nice roof. I also bought fertilizer such that I will have high food production this year. I will also buy some bags of maize because I didn't have enough food in my house.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
As old as i am i need to have a good place to sleep but you can see i use this old mosquito net as my mat so firstly i will buy matress, blankets and bedsheets for my self so that i should sleep on a good place, also i will buy ironsheets for my house nowadays its very hard for me to go cut grass for my roof, so i cannot just depend on someone to do for me so this money will be helpful as i will buy ironsheets and other things to improve my house and lastly i will buy enough food for my self and grandchildren so that we should be on a safer side when dry spell alives.
