What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used my most recent transfer to buy some building materials to start my house project, I also used some to buy mattress, chairs and other furnitures for my room, I bought food for my family and the balance is being saved for any expenses from the house project.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well by explaining in details about the program and how they were going to help us with the transfers.I also noticed their patience and respect given to us through out the program, I haven't noticed anything that GiveDirectly is not doing well.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
From the beginning of the program, my goal was to help my grandson to register in school because his mother was financially challenge, through the help from this program, I was able to achieved that goal and I'm happy about it. My new goal is to rebuild my house and make it beautiful and comfortable for myself and my grandchildren.

The money is still in savings right now but I will use it eventually when I am ready. I will buy more zinc to complete the roofing process of my house; I will increase the business that I am doing and also will send my grandson to school.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly is doing well by talking to us kindly even though they are helping us. They also give us the opportunity to make our own decisions with the transfer. I have not yet identified any thing bad about GiveDirectly.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Yes I have new goals; I want to buy more zinc to complete the roofing of my house and also buy more goods for my business inorder to improve it. I also want to help my grandson to start school this school year and I know with GiveDirectly transfer, I can do those things.

I spend my transfer for the treatment of my daughter, bought two bundles of zinc, two parks of zinc nails and three bags of rice. I been working hard on my cassava farm just to get some money for my daughter's treatment but could not afford the actual amount needed for her treatment. I am so happy that Givedrectly has helped me.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
This money has help me with my daughter's treatment, bought zinc and other materials for the renovation of my house. Life was not that difficult for me but I was hustling just to get my daily bread. When I receive my balance money from Givedrectly, I will buy all other materials needed for the renovation of my house and pay my grand children school fees. I am happy and want to thanks Givedrectly.

My daughter had been sick for the past three months and I didn't have money to take her to hospital for treatment.
