How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I plan to improve my house by plastering, I plan to buy food for the house and I also plan to give some money to my mother to start a business.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give directly did well for me. I was sitting in the village and not able to do anything for myself because I am blind and because of this situation, I can not do anything on my own. But through give directly transfer, I was able to gave some of the money to my mother to start a business for me.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I feel good because, I was not having such amount of money on my own and receiving such money from give directly makes me happy.

In the past months, I could not afford money to start a business. But after receiving this transfer from give directly, I was able to start a business and my life has improved.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
My mother had suffered to bring me up as a blind child. As a single mother she burn coal, and pick kiss meat to support me. Therefore I plans to give the cash to her to have it invested into a sustainable business so that her mother will continue to be a help to her and other relatives as well as a sign of appreciation.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Usually I feel motivated by friends and family. They spend their time telling me jocks. This moment usually ease my stress and worries. In some instances I forget about my present condition and look forward to a better day.
In addition to this, when I heard about GiveDirectly in our district I was certain that they will one day visit us, and this though really brought happiness and joy to me
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My major challenge I am faced with is mostly finding food since I am Visually impaire. It is really painful. Some days it is even difficult to find food.
