How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has changed completely because I now eat proper meals and I also sleep on a new matress.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
We were very worried where to find money for fertiliser when the message came in we were very happy
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
Starting from our house there's already a difference from the old to new and i am also certain that this year will harvest more yields than ever.

The money was used in innovating our house we bought cement, doors flames and paid the builder we also bought fertiliser, food,mattress and farm labourers

What does receiving this money mean to you?
This money means alot to me and i thank GD for enrolling me into the programme literally it is my first time to receive such amount of money as a gift.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I'm the happiest in the evening because that's when everyone from this house is at home and we spent some quality time as a one big family.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
So far I have a big family,for me and my husband to support all of our children it's a little bit of a challenge and I'm thinking of using the transfer to start up a small business so that I should have a sustainable source of income.
