I plan to improve my house with a new roof, I plan to buy cement to start the plastering process and I also plan to buy food.

Give directly did well for me. It was through this transfer that I was able to paid my children school fees and trying to improve my house.

I planned to buy one bundle of zinc, add some money to my children existing business and food.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedrectly been transferring money to my mobile money account and due to the money I been receiveing from Givedrectly, my children are presently in school and have their own business. I also have good food to eat on a daily basis. I am so excited and want to extend thanks to Givedrectly. I am not in the know of anything that Givedrectly has not done well.

Upon receiving my second cash transfer,I added to my children existing business, bought one bundle of zinc ,one half bag of rice, and kept the balance money for soup kind.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I feel happy because, I was suffering to pay my children school fees and now seeing that give directly people helping me to pay my children school fees really make me happy.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
In the past twenty years, l used to picked kiss meat before my children and I can find food to eat. Paying my children school fees, buying matress and even providing food for my children is so easy now. This is what make me to feel happy. I couldn't afford to do all of those things because of money. But now, my life has changed.

I paid my children school fees, buy my matress for my room and also buy food for the house.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
If I am successful to receive my transfer, I will use the money to pay my children school fees. I planning on using the money to pay my children school fees because, my children and I only means of survivor is to go in the swamp and pick kiss meat, so if I am successful to receive the transfer, it will really help me a lot.
What is the happiest part of your day?
For the passed months till now, I have been happy because, with all the struggles and hardship, my children and I are healthy and able to move around and get our daily bread. Also with the good news give directly has just given me, that also brought joy and happiness to me.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My main challenge in life is lack of money. I am really struggling to get money for my children's education, my children and I usually go to the swamp to pick kiss meat and carry it in the market to sell before we get money for their school's fees and food.
