Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I now have a farm of tea plantation and a calf. My tea farm has expanded and this is the biggest difference in my daily life. The tea farm is a source of income for us and we will have more to sell and earn more because I used Give Directly funds to expand our plantation.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I have tea farm and a calf now. I expect to add more tea leaves in my farm and acquire more livestock using Give Directly transfer.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is currently different because things were tough initially due to lack of funds but now I have some funds that have enabled me to achieved a lot in my farm.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
My new goal is to continue expanding my livestock and tea farm.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced is lack of school fees.When i was in Secondary school my parents could not afford to pay my fees and hence i had to drop out of school in form two.This hindered me from actualizing my dreams of pursuing a proffesional course in college
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the afternoon when I have finished my work for the day.This is the time when I take my lunch and then relax knowing that i have accomplished my tasks for the day
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
Am planning to spend the transfer in starting poultry keeping,that is i will build a poultry house and start buying chicken
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
Last year,I prepared a tree nursery and in it planted 15000 tea seedlings.By early this year,the seedlings were ready for transplanting and I got ready market and sold all of the.From the sale I was able to earn a good amount of money with which I bought a cow and built a wooden house.This is the achievement I am proudest of
