What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my second cash transfer worth 1,633,000ugx, I used it for buying building materials, I bought a cow, clothes and I paid tuition for my children.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Give Directly has done well by supporting vulnerable families. I do not see what Give Directly has not done well.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than if I had not received cash transfers in that I am now a happy person because I have been able to acquire what I was lacking.

I spent my first transfer to purchase building materials, and some household items, and clothes. I also bought food for my family.

When I received the money we became very excited and happy because give directly had sent me money that I never thought I would hold in my life.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that I am now happy because I bought household items that I never had before.

The happiest moment is when am together with my spouse and it's always during afternoon.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i face is lack of money for educating my children and buying aplot of land.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means to buy a plot of land for my children. This is because our area (busano) is so flooded and is difficult to get where to construct even a house.
