What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying a cow, seats, utensils and clothes for my children. I also bought a bag of maize and spent the rest on daily food consumption. I am glad to have bought the household items I have been missing.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is so much improved since I received the transfers. I have moved from a temporary structure to a permanent house I could not imagin of owning. God bless GiveDirectly.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to commence the building process of my brick house, I haven't finished it yet but upon receiving the third transfer I will be able to complete it and move in.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is the peace the transfer has brought into my home, it is only a matter of time before we move into my new house and forget about the tiring process of earthen plastering.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent most of my transfer on food because we were broke financially and my husband and i had no money to buy enough for the satisfaction of everyone in the family.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I am planning to use my upcoming transfer on expanding my current house as it is smaller to shelter my growing family, i am also planning to plaster it with cement to avoid wastage of money on constant repairs.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
We plan to build a house since the current one is dilapidated, this will involve buying cement and other building materials. We also plan to buy one dairy cow and a bull for ploughing purposes.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement we're proudest of is raising our children to the level they are now. Raising a family when the source of income is not sustainable, is not easy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship we face is lack of a sustainable income source, we rely on farming which due to drought has not been very much reliable.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I'm cultivating in my farm. In the farm we grow maize, bananas and sweet potatoes.
