How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
No! I have No new goal. The house I live in is not in a good condition. It leaks during the rainy season. I have always wanted to build a new house. Unfortunately, due to lack of money I have not been able to do so. I was so excited when I received my payment. I am an old woman. I have no longer do farming. My daughter feeds me and catering to my needs. I was overwhelmed when I received my payment. Things will now get better for my family.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does not do anything unwell. It's cash program is a great opportunity that I am grateful for. Things will never be the same after receiving all of the payments. My life will now get better.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I was happy when I received my payment. I used some of my money to buy zinc. I also bought a bag of rice and some other food items. This is a great opportunity that I am grateful for.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Firstly I'm so thankful to GiveDirectly for making my dream come through. Because life has been so hard on me and my family. Even to get food for my family used to be very difficult for us. But I'm sk grateful to Givedirectly that I was enrolled on this program. My plan was to build my own house in my village, because the house I'm living in right now is our family house. My children and l sleeps in the same room. My New goals is to build my own house in my village
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Well, in my opinion givedirectly did very well in my life and that of our village. Givedirectly has changed our entire village with so many new houses. Givedirectly also empowered our families with financial support. Through the help of givedirectly our children are all healthy and in school. Many thanks to Givedirectly once more
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
When I withdraw my money, I was able to buy two (2) bundle of iron sheets. I bought enough food for my family and I. I also bought mattress for my children to sleep on as well. The balance money I was able to pay workmanship and transportation. Many thanks to Givedirectly for their support.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was sitting at my house when I received a message notification on my phone. I immediately took the phone to see what message it was. To my surprise it was the mobile money message from GiveDirectly that we all been waiting for. I was overwhelmed with happy when I saw the amount as this is the first time in my life to receive such an amount of money.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my daily life since I started recieving payments from GiveDirectly is that, I now have enough food these days in my house. I no longer sleep with hunger. Meanwhile, few days from now I will start replacing the thatch on my house with zinc.I am happy and grateful to GiveDirectly for this wonderful opportunity given me to be on this program.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
From the this first transfer, I bought one bundle of zinc and a bag of rice. Getting food has been a challenge for me as my age can no longer permit me to do any hard work again. Moreover the thatch on my house can no longer holds the rain waters.I am grateful to GiveDirectly for giving me hope again.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I will buy zinc to recondition my house roof, buy food and other provision and invest the rest in small business
What is the happiest part of your day?
With mercy of God, am still alive and can find food to eat consudering the difficulty.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
All of my children live in Monrovia and am here along as a widow. I find it difficult in getting money for my upkeep
