What did you spend your third transfer on?
I bought 30 iron sheets that costed 28,000 KES, nails costed me 5,000 KES, timber for roofing that costed me 5,000 KES. The remaining amount was spent on labor 7,000 KES and their keep. This transfer helped me put up a house.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my second transfer, I used the largest portion of it to construct a new house with a roof of 30 iron sheets because my previous house was old and used to leak a lot. The balance was spent on buying foodstuffs for my family.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I now have a better house with a roof that does not leak.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying a bed and mattress at 7,000 KES, paid 2,000 KES school fee for my two children in primary school then used the rest of the cash on food for my children. Am now having good night sleeps now that I have a bed and mattress.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Having to bring up six children as a widow without a job has been so challenging on my side. Sometimes we sleep hungry for lack of food.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the afternoon when running my business in the market. I get time to interact with most of my friends.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
I will be able to construct a house of my own and move from my rented house. I also plan to use part of the transfer to expand my small business.
