Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was very happy, the feeling I can not describe with words. Though people were bad mouthing the project, I did not care because I believe this help is here to help us.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I had no food in my house, poor shelter and no matress. When the GD money came, I addressed all these problems at one go. Now I have enough food for everyone in the house and the whole family is sleeping well. All these were made possible by GD and we are thankful.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought 6 bags of maize, Matress and beddings
