How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is now different because before I did not have a proper house now I can say I have a house and I was able to buy cement and buiding materials. Problems don't end but Givedirectly has lightened the load of my problems

I feel to say there was anything GiveDirectly didn't do well would be wrong they followed all procedures and explained everything bery clearly and ensured we understood everything

I was very thankful for this transfer because I was able to build a house and I'm now doing plastering inside my house.

I was very happy because I knew that my problems were now sloved. I was beyond joyful and I could not hide my excitement.

Now my life has changed. I plan on starting bussines which I know will improve how things are on my home. This is the biggest difference that I know my life has changed with .

I had problems with food so I bought 4 bags of maize as i did not have any maize left in the house and was depending on buying weekly buckets of maize which I nolonger have to do..I fixed the veranda to my house and bought 6 iron sheets for the fix.I bought a door and windows because my house did not have these things so now my house looks finished which is very pleasing. I also bought 2 bags of fertilizer which i have gone and applied in my field to boost my harvest.My children did not have schools bags they used to carry their excise books in plastic bags so I used part of the money to buy them school bags .

What does receiving this money mean to you?
The money will be used to buy livestocks, I also started building my house. The money will help me to finish this house. I will also top up on my business.

I create my own happiness. Am always happy.
