What does receiving this money mean to you?
My family and I survive the hunting my spouse do to kill animals that we sell to provide for basic need for the family. As of now, we are currently in the rainy season which doesn't allow my husband to kill animals often. The few animals he kills nowadays are used to feed the family which makes it difficult to take on other family responsibilities. If I am qualified to receive this cash transfer, I will use the transfer to pay my children's school fees.
What is the happiest part of your day?
On August 16, 2022, my son who I am supporting to attend school in Monrovia returned home with the exciting news that he has been promoted to garage 6th. Considering the extraneous condition I go through to support him, I was very happy that day, and till now that my efforts to support him have become fruitful.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
As I mentioned earlier, the rainy season doesn't allow my husband to kill more animals, with this we no longer get enough cash to pay school fees for the kids and lack enough food for the family as well. This poses a huge challenge as a head of a large family
