Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
It was like a dream to me because I have never received any assistance like this in my entire life. I was very surprised when I received the transfer because in my country Liberia, aid is always given in kind. I danced when I got the message that I have received money from GiveDirectly.

"Receiving this money means a lot to me, I will send my kids to school,so that they can take care of me when I'm old. I will also build a very good house with cement brick, because the house I'm living in is very old, and when it rains, my things get mess up.

I'm over Joy because I have life in me, and my kids had not getting sick for the passed years.
