What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used LD$ 25,000 on the processing of planks for the new house construction. I also bought six packs of nails for the house project. I decided to build house because I am a man but do not have my own house. I have family and I need my own space where my children will freely grow up.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
The money GiveDirectly is sending us has changed our lives. They have helped improve myself and I don't see them doing any bad.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I hope to see myself moving into my own house in the next one to two years. This achievement will be the greatest opportunity I've had since the days of my existence. Having my own house will make me a real man figure amongst my peers and neighbors. My woman will have her own kitchen and sitting place and it will make her happy.

What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I've Planned to spend 20 thousand Liberian Dollars on planks sawing; the rest of my money will be used on gas and workmanship for the same planks processing. The planks will be used to make my doors and also roof my new house. I decided to build a house with the money because where I stay presently is a family house, but as a man, I need my own property which will have me earn respect in the community. As I don't have my own place to stay now, people do not listen to me when I speak. There is lack of respect.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
The way GiveDirectly is helping me to solve my own problem is a good thing. They have given me physical cash to decide on solving which problem borders me the most. They made me happy. I haven't heard of any bad They have done so far.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The completion of my house will be my biggest accomplishment in the next one to two years. I cannot wait to be a house owner. I will walk in my community like a king because by that time, people will have great respect for me and my voice will be heard.
