How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Since I started receiving transfers from GiveDirectly, due to the deployable condition of my house, especially with a leaking roof, my goal all along had been the renovation of my house and achieving it had been my main focus. On that note, I used money from my two previous transfers and bought three bundles of zinc and with some packs of zinc nail. Now with my recent transfer, I used portion of the money and bought additional one bundle of zinc to complete the four bundles needed. Furthermore, I am planning on using some amount to buy six gallons of gasoline to saw planks for the roof. I am very happy to see my dream coming to pass with the level of financial opportunity brought to us the needy by GiveDirectly.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly, had done extremely well for us that we cannot comprehend. Changing our livelihood had been their first and foremost priorities. This is glaring from the level of works done. They will always be our number one integrity Organization. Therefore, we will forever remain grateful to GiveDirectly for this life changing opportunity. So in my opinion, GiveDirectly hasn't done anything that is not well.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
After I received my first two transfers from GiveDirectly, with the quest of renovating my house with a deployable condition, I started buying materials such as zinc and roofing nail for the renovation. Therefore, with my recent transfer I used some of the money and bought additional one bundle of zinc. Moreover, I am planning on using some of the money to buy six gallons of gasoline for the sawer to saw planks for the roofing. Finally the balance money will be used to pay the carpenters to do the roofing. This bring me great Joy knowing that before the rainy season I wouldn't worry about the leakage of the roof again. Thanks to GiveDirectly for being this financial freedom our way.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I'm an old lady. I can no longer make farms. Things have been difficult for me. I could hardly afford my upkeep. My husband left me and went to the gold mines It has been over years years now I haven't heard from him. I have only one son. He lives Monrovia with his family in Monrovia. He sometimes assist me. I had no where to stay. Some of my family members took me in their home. I have been staying there for some time now. I was so grateful when I received my transfer. I am excited that I got enrolled in this program. My goal has been to build a house of my own. That is what I am going to do.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
This is an excellent question. I have been wanting to express myself on some things GiveDirectly does not do well. GiveDirectly has done so much good things for us. It's cash program is an amazing opportunity to improve our lives. Things have been so hard on me. I was so happy when I received my transfer.Hopefully after receiving all the transfers our lives will improve for the best. In my opinion what it does not do well is that they don't accept our gifts of goodwill. It is our way of appreciating them for changing our lives for the best. That is what I think it does not do well.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Things have been difficult for me. I have been struggling to survive. My husband left me and went to the gold mines in order to get money for our family. It has been years now and he has not returned. I have no contact for him. Our house got spoilt. I had nowhere to stay. Fortunately, a family member took me in their home. I am grateful for this opportunity. I know that after receiving all of the transfers my life will get better. I haven't withdrawn my money. However I am planning to buy some sheets of zinc and some other building materials. I am also planning to buy food.
