How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I can do anything that I desire since I have the money. Before all this would not be possible since I had no money.

In my opinion, givedirectly has done well by changing people's lifestyle in the community. However, in my opinion givedirectly has done nothing wrong

I spent my entire second transfer on completing the construction of my house as I had started with it using the first transfer.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, my heart is full of joy everyday. This is because I never hoped that I would ever manage to construct for myself a permanent house of which this transfers are now beginning to do for me.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received the money, I felt very happy.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to pay debt of 380000ugx, bricks at 909000ugx and sand at 300000ugx. I also bought clothes and food with the remaining portion of the transfer.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to build an iron roofed house, pay school fees for my children.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the evening when my children are healthy and are playing.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is sickness. I am living HIV/AIDS positive and I also have a son who is a sickler. Getting money to facilitate treatment is a very big challenge.
