How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has is now different in that, these days I hardly beg for anything and therefore the tears I used to cry those days because of poverty have been wiped out by this transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Give directly has done well by bringing developement and fought against poverty. There is nothing bad that Gd has done.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to start a boutique business at Ugx 1000000, bought a bicycle at Ugx 250000. I also decided to save the balance for my child's school fees.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I have been in position to start up a business of selling goats to Juba, hence enabling me to provide for needs of my family and I have also been relieved from the debt burden that I had.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money, I became very happy.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I have spent my first transfer for purchasing 10 goats at 1,105,000 ugx and the remaining money I spent on buying clothings for my child and wife, bought school requirements for my elder son, cleared a debt of 50,000 ugx that I had and for general family up keep.
