What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on 2 cows. When Give Directly visited me for the first time, I pledged that should I get my third transfer, I would invest in some livestocks that would enable me educate my children in the near future. My first born, a girl is in class seven and she will soon be joining form 1 where I will be required to pay school fees but I thank God I have adequately braced myself financially.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent the larger part of my second transfer on building a decent spacious two roomed house 35,550 KES since before the transfer I was staying in a small house with less privacy maintained. I bought a sofa seat 7000 KES and a steel door 6000 KES .I also bought 20 tins of maize.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The two biggest differences in my daily life are;I now live in a spacious decent house of which privacy is maintained and good health as well as opposed to before the transfer when I was staying in a one roomed house thus overcrowding was a key issue to fact in .I also have enough food to feed on hence I no longer hustle for food like I used to ,being that most of my income from dependent on causal jobs which is a unreliable source of income.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on furnishing my living room, I purchased wall nets to cover my mud-made walls. I also bought sofa set cushions and seat covers to improve the state of my seats.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt so happy when I received my transfer because I was in serious need of money by that time. I had a lot to accomplish but lacked enough finances for that.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
Our first plan is to use part of the transfer to build a bigger semi-permanent house. Secondly, we intend to use another part of the transfer to buy two cows that would provide us with milk, and also be as an investment for our family. Lastly, we plan to use the remaining amount to start a small shop.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I'm very proud of is, having a family.

The biggest hardship I have faced is, lack of capital to start a small business.

The happiest part of my day is in the evenings, after I have earned some income from my casual work, and bought some food for my family.
