Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
Actually, I did not receive a message that I have money in my phone because of no network here. I was told by my neighbour that GiveDirectly has sent money to people, who are on the their cash transfer program. So, immediately I hurry to Tapata in Nimba county to check mine. Then I saw that I have received my first transfer. It was one of the brightest day of my life. I felt so happy.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
Receiving this transfer has make the biggest difference in my life. I am very grateful to GiveDirectly for giving me money to pay my children school fees.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I spent my most recent transfer on the education of my five children who are attending in school in Monrovia. It is my biggest responsibilities to support my children educations. So I am very happy to received my transfer to be able to pay my children school fees.

"If I receive this money from the GiveDirectly program I plan on investing in my business by building a Medicine store in my community and also renovate my house."

"GD program is the only thing that has brought me joy for the past months since I lost my wife in a brief illness."

"My challenge now in life is the lack of finance to support my children and my ageing parents."
