I spent the whole of the first lumpsum in catering for the cost of building iron roof house.

My life has improved a lot because previously I had a very squeezed house but now I have a three room house.

I spent 6000 KES of my token payment on building a kitchen, 3000 KES on sinking and building my latrine and the remaining 1000 KES on food.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on paying tithe by taking 1/10 to church as God is the one who made it possible for me to get the transfer,I will use part of the transfer on building a house as the one I currently stay in is small,I will use part of the transfer also on hiring a ploughing machine so that I can plough my farm and prepare it for planting crops and the remaining amount I wil spend on paying school fees for one of my kids who is secondary school and the rest who are in primary school.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement that I am proudest of is that when I used to work in Kenya Shell company,I managed to apply for a pump and opened a koresene shop in Nakuru but unfortunately 2007 skirmishes made me to move back to my ancestral home.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face in my life is that my income is unstable and this makes life difficult to me as you cannot manage to take care of the family without cash and I am not able to raise my kids properly by affording to pay school fees for them at the required time.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when start operating our business in the morning as we operate a make-shift shop in my house with afew items like soap and sugar. This makes me happy as when I get custormers then am sure I will get some few cash to spend in the house for food and other basic needs.
