How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I have built an iron roofed house, a mattress and beddings. Previously, I slept in a grass thatched hut that leaked whenever it rained and in very old matress.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly did well to give me money that helped me construct an iron roofed house. GiveDirectly has not done anything bad for me.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to purchase sand, cement, food, paid labour for flooring and plastering my house that I currently sleep.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I'm now sleeping well in my permanent structure which I have built. I'm nolonger going to be desturbed by leaking grass thatched hurt.

The moment I recieved my money, I felt very happy because I got money from GiveDirectly.

I have spent my first transfer to build my permanent structure at UGX at 1,300,000, labour at 300,000, transport at UGX 30,000 and food at UGX 70,000.

Receiving this money means that, i will construct my house since i don't have descent accomodation currently.

My happiest day of the day is when i have had my lunch.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced in my life is poor health. I am currently sick and there is no money for treatment.
