How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have always dreamed of building a big and spacious house. Therefore, when I received my previous transfer, I started my building project. Nonetheless, I will complete my building project by purchasing few more bundles of zinc and nails. These materials will be used to roof my house. A big thanks to the entire team at GD for helping transform my life.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
All that GD has done thus far has been just and timely. It amazes me most often to see an Organization like GiveDirectly. I am so blessed to have participated in this life changing opportunity. May God bless all those involved in putting smiles on our faces.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I needed money to complete my house project. In doing so, I bought 3 bundles of zinc ($31,500LD) to roof my house. Moreover, I bought 1 carton of zinc nails and mixed nails with money saved from my previous transfer. Transfers received from GiveDirectly has transformed my life completely.
