What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to pay school fees, hired cultivation land for two years, restocked my bicycle spare parts shop and paid rent.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, givedirectly has done well uplifting our livelihood through giving us money to build houses, buy land, acquire household items; and I don't see anything it hasn't done well.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been because I am so happy, my problems were resolved with this money.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I have spent my transfer as follows school fees 500000 renting a garden 400000, buying spare parts 300000, household items 150000 and a balance of 350000 I have kept it.

I felt so happy and prayed God to bless give directly.

My business has grown, I have paid my children's fees.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship which i face in my life is high rate of rent which keeps on increasing each and every year.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when i Finish my work then I get togther with my friends in the eveing and we meet in our joint to take local brew called "Ajono" it makes me to have that spirit of socialization.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving the money since am not from this district am just businessman who have stayed in this community for more than five years while renting .am planning to get the money I buy my own plot of land then I put up small structure to help me to avoid paying rent.
