What did you spend your second transfer on?
I decided to construct a house when I received my second transfer. The reason behind this is because I wanted to build my house before I get married. There will be so many demanding needs and will not be able to construct a house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my view, GD did well to help us people living under extreme poverty. These transfers have helped improve peoples standards of living in terms of Education, Acquiring household items, Livestock, Others started business and improved feeding. Furthermore, GD did well not to put us into groups like other NGOs and gave us money individually. According to me there's nothing wrong GD has done.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is better now because I dress well, I have built my house that I will enter soon, I bought Household items, Livestock and a bicycle. Had I not received these transfer, I would have not achieved all these thing I have acquired. In the past, Life was hard when it came to transportation because I did not have a bike, Livestock and household items.

I spent part ( ugx 1580000) of my first transfer buying two bulls that I plan to use to bring in my wife such that I can settle at once. I then bought a bicycle that now helps me in transportation.
